I LOVE that a discussion around women's health. Nothing could be more dear to my heart (apart from my family and friends :) ). I would love to start a discussion on this topic - as Raywyn put it, "the journey of Heal-thy Self." I am thinking of putting a forum up on my website: www.wholemindwholebody.com. What do other women think of this idea?
